What payments do you accept?
We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, Paypal and AMEX. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Afterpay.
What happens after I place my order?
Once you have placed your order, keep an eye on your email inbox. We will email you a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order. Once your item has been shipped you will receive another email with tracking information. We aim to fill all orders within 1-2 business days.
My shipping information is incorrect, how do I fix this?
Email hello@newchapterthelabel.com.au to update your details, however if your item has already been shipped for the fastest response, please contact the appropriate courier service to advise them of your address change.
My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Delays with our courier can sometimes occur, so we ask that you allow 14 business days for your parcel to arrive. Your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking details so you can see where your parcel is.
